On the first level there is the entrance, a garage and three bedrooms, each with a bathroom in it and covered terrace equipped with a garden. The top floor there is a living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
Around the park are concatenated to the terrace and leads to the pool. The second floor is accessible via stairs or elevator, as well as the third floor. The top floor has a master bedroom and spacious bathroom overlooking the sea.
Walls of glass open to a terrace complete with a deep chill-out area which is perfect as a family place. The composition of the proper building creates a wonderful backdrop with stunning panoramic views.
